Put  the spice and pepper on the meat before grilling, but never add salt beforehand as this draws out
the moisture  


 Meats intended for grilling should be taken out of the refrigerator at least 1 hour in advance
By doing this,meat will cook more quickly and there is less risk of it being under-cooked in the

   middle


      
Cooking times depended upon the thickness of the meats cut  not their weight 


.Put meat and fish before grill in oil and spices to bring out good flavor of your meats and fish
